LEFTISTS WILL DO
WHAT LEFTISTS DO
And you thought the Kyle Rittenhouse acquittal was a victory for simple justice and the right of ordinary people to defend themselves.
Ha, ha! Silly you.
Considering how good leftists are at using any development to advance their nefarious causes, I wouldn’t be surprised if, at some point, an armed rioter shoots somebody and claims the Rittenhouse case gave him the right to do so.
He’ll cite the principle of “equal treatment under the law”…
If a White boy can get away with using deadly force against three attackers, then a social justice warrior (of whatever color) should be able to use deadly force to defend against any violence or threat of violence — even by the police — no matter who or what provoked it.
I’m not saying this would hold up in court (on the rare occasion when leftist rioters might go to court, that is), but it’s likely to be attempted. And all those somber legal experts trotted out to offer their sage opinions on TV news shows will frown gravely and opine that the assertion is plausible.
You can see the groundwork being laid for just such a scenario in the hyperventilating that overwhelmed social media after the “Not Guilty” verdict was announced, such as in these tweets cited by the blog Legal Insurrection…
- “The white supremacist system of power makes it clear that white people can avoid any legal consequences, and that if an active shooter is murdering people, you would be in the wrong if you tried to stop them. Vigilante and white supremacist murder have just been legalized.”
- “In this country, you can even kill white people and get away with it if those white people are fighting for Black lives. This is the legacy of 1619.”
- “The system is designed to protect whiteness at all costs. And that’s exactly what it did today.”
- “I knew it. Kyle Rittenhouse is proof that white people can still break the law, carry illegal weapons, shoot and kill people, and get away with it in America by shedding tears and claiming self-defense.”
No doubt you detect a certain thematic consistency here…
It’s “open season” on minorities and anyone struggling for true racial justice, while getting away with murder is just another expression of White Privilege.
Do universities offer courses in the art of spin as part of their “social justice” curricula these days? Perhaps this sort of propagandistic group-think comes from reading and rereading those worn and dog-eared pages of Saul Alinsky’s famously subversive handbook, Rules for Radicals.
Sometimes the consistency of message can be a bit too apparent. For instance, Cassandra, a sharp-eyed observer of the Hollywood Left (who colorfully describes herself as “Just a conservative girl who tweets. Kinky bisexual, Gemini, Romanian, rock chick.”) posted this graphic. It suggests that our pop-culture influencers all seem to be reading from the same PowerPoint slide.
You get the feeling someone’s organizing a campaign?
People have wondered why the Rittenhouse case became such a cause célèbre on the Left (aside from the obvious: promoting gun confiscation, and sticking it to some conservative White boy).
The main point, of course, was to show the Antifa and BLM rioters that the Great Cabal has their backs, as long as they do the Cabal’s bidding.
It’s why the FBI doesn’t track leftist violence. And it’s why Rep. Jerry Nadler (D-NY) has threatened a DOJ investigation of the “Not Guilty” verdict — with the implied threat of countering it through some trumped-up federal denial-of-civil-rights charge.
Such official collusion is important, because there are already cracks in the Left coalition. The more radical partisans have complained that, on issues such as open borders, the Biden Administration isn’t meeting expectations or moving quickly enough.
Antifa/BLMers (at least the smart ones) suspect that their alliance with the international financiers, trans-national industrialists, and high-tech masters of the universe who are behind the globalist push can only be considered a marriage of convenience at best. They sense that the dream of being in the inner circle of power has severe limits. And they’re right.
Look to the old Soviet Union as an object lesson. While the USSR encompassed a huge expanse of territory and a wide diversity of ethnic groups, who were the leaders you saw lined up on top of Lenin’s Mausoleum on May Day? A bunch of old, fat White guys. By the same token, some of the earliest occupants of the Gulag were Bolshevik revolutionaries.
Once the Great Reset has been accomplished, the shock troops who did the Cabal’s dirty work are up for the Leon Trotsky, ax-in-the-back treatment. Hence, the need to reassure them now that they’re protected — and, voilà, the Kyle Rittenhouse persecution.
Well, leftists will spin, and they’ll try tricky legal maneuvers whenever they can. They’ll do what they do.
But let’s hope this decision in Kenosha at least helps to reaffirm the ancient and sound principle that getting shot is the risk you run when you decide to attack an innocent person.
Then too, maybe Kyle can turn his nightmare into some hard cash by suing the hell out of those libelous media outlets (and everybody else) who tagged him as a White Supremacist. It worked for Nick Sandman, the boy who was defamed for smiling at a Native American rights activist.
Kyle’s gonna need all the dough he can get. The kid will have a target on his back for the rest of his life.
Pray for Kyle Rittenhouse and his family.

But then, you have to admit the Rittenhouse case has had an impact…
Gotta love the American sense of humor.

Regarding Nadler’s DOJ Investigation, isn’t it just perfect that what you refer to as “the cabal” wishes to further persecute Mr. Rittenhouse? It’s what they do.
When a person is acquitted in a criminal trial, they can’t be tried again for the same crime. This is because the doctrine of Double Jeopardy — which is black letter Law in the United States — will not allow it. The acquitted man is forever free of the crime he was accused of if the jury or judge decides to acquit. However, that same person can still be tried for civil crimes.
The punishment for civil infractions is generally monetary, while the punishment for criminal infractions is imprisonment. By the rules of criminal law, Rittenhouse has escaped prison because of a decision made by a jury of 12. He is a free man.
But, while Rittenhouse can no longer be imprisoned — that’s what just happened in a court of Law — he can still be made to pay, and pay he shall. The Powers that Be will seek to punish him — over and over again if possible. They will try to bankrupt him, shame him, destroy him. They will use every obscure aspect of procedural Law to break him. That is their intent — and anyone else who mirrors his actions best be forewarned. Don’t cross the Powers that Be.
What is happening to our nation is a tragedy. The Powers wield the Law like a lumberjack wields an ax. This, as was said back in the 60’s, will change “come the revolution.” But until then, we will have to suffer the insufferable.
